This report presents a Process Node Assessment, with additional transmission electron microscopy (TEM) analysis, of the Silanna PSW0015 antenna switch die found inside the EPCOS D5201 front-end module with four integrated duplexers. The D5201 is a 36-pin ceramic LGA multi-chip module comprising six WLPs. The six dies removed from the WLPs include the PSW0015 antenna switch and five other dies not analyzed in this report.
